A Celebration of Courage

The Toby Wells Foundation was the lead sponsor of, "A Celebration of Courage", an event benefiting Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS). The event was successful in both, raising awareness for sheltered animals and in raising much needed funds to support the organization's animal rescue and adoption programs.
